- Exchange Eligibility
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- We offer exchange service; however, customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged to be eligible for exchange.
Exceptions
- If the item is defective due to a manufacturing issue, damaged during transit, or you received the wrong item, we will accept an exchange regardless of the item’s condition.

Step 2: Provide Exchange Details
- Please include your order number, the item(s) you want to exchange, the reason for the exchange, and the size/style you would like instead.
Step 3: Send the Item Back Return Address: Room 908, 9th Floor, Zhenhua Times Plaza 21 Heping Rd, Longhua District Shenzhen, Guangdong Province China
Step 4: Arrange Shipping
- You may schedule a pickup with your local post office or drop the parcel off at your nearest post office.
Step 5: Send Us the Tracking Number
- After shipping, please email the tracking number to our support team.
- Exchange Processing Time
- Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned parcel, we will ship your exchange item within 3 business days.
- We will email you a new tracking number once the replacement has been shipped.
