1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:
- You have 30 calendar days from the date of receiving your product to request a return or refund.
- To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.
Exceptions:
- If the product is defective due to a manufacturing fault, has been damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong item, we will accept the return and issue a refund regardless of the product's condition.
2. Return Shipping Costs:
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- There are no additional restocking fees or handling charges for returns.
3. Refund Process:
