1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of receiving your product to request a return or refund.
  • To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.

Exceptions:

  • If the product is defective due to a manufacturing fault, has been damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong item, we will accept the return and issue a refund regardless of the product's condition.

2. Return Shipping Costs:

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • There are no additional restocking fees or handling charges for returns.

3. Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your returned item.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment account within 5 business days.
  • If your order was not part of a promotion or discount, you will receive a full refund, equal to the product's original price as displayed on our website.

Please note: Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • We offer free exchanges, but customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • The exchanged item must be unused and undamaged.
