How to Adjust Your Hat Size Using the Inner Fabric Strap
If your hat feels too loose, our inner adjustable fabric strap allows you to easily customize the fit. Here’s how to tighten it in seconds:
Step 1: Locate the Adjustable Strap
Turn your hat upside down and look inside the inner band.

Step 2: Tighten the Strap

Pull both ends outward:
Hold the left and right ends of the fabric strap and gently pull them away from the center (← and → directions).
This will gather the inner band material, reducing the hat’s circumference. -
Secure with a knot:
Once the fit feels snug, tie the two ends into a double knot to lock the adjustment.
✂️ Trim any excess strap length if desired (leave at least 0.5 inches for future adjustments).
Step 3: Test & Fine-Tune
- Wear the hat and shake your head gently—it should stay firmly in place without pressure points.
- If needed, untie the knot and repeat Step 2 for smaller increments.
